UWO Hockey School Daily Itinerary:
- 1.5 hours On-Ice
- Off-ice Skills Session
- Video Session (Review morning Skating video)
- Lunch (Lunch plans available)
- Daily Swim
- 1.5 hours On-ice
- Team Game Session (lacrosse, soccer, road hockey...)
