WK 3 UWOHS Full Day Level 5 (10-13yrs) Aug 27-31

Times: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Thompson Arena

On-Ice: 3 hours daily

Age: 10-12 years

This program will reinforce skating technique and challenge players by adding speed to drills. Progressive drills will allow players to add speed and quickness to skating an puck drills in order to practice in game like situations. Body checking techniques, angling, body position and puck protection will also be covered. Team concepts such as breakouts, odd man situations (2-1, 3-2) and positional play in all 3 zones will allow players to apply their individual skating and puck skills in team drills.  Players will also participate in some off-ice conditioning sessions, team games, daily swim, video session (analyzing players skating) and much, much more.
